Add the Student in Software
The student's details must be added to the software before a Meal Plan can be purchased through the Utopia Hospitality portal.
Enter / Verify Student Details
Enter the student's Enrollment Number or Name on the shared payment link and verify the student's details before proceeding.
Select the Meal Plan
Select the available Breakfast, Lunch Meal Plan mapped to the student. Choose the applicable duration such as Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly, and review the amount and service details before proceeding.
Proceed to Payment
After reviewing the selected Meal Plan and applicable amount, click the payment button to continue to the secure payment gateway.
Complete Payment
Choose an available payment method and complete the transaction securely on the payment gateway page.
Payment Confirmation
After a successful transaction, the system will display the payment confirmation and the related invoice or receipt will be generated as applicable.
